“ Lovely, friendly, village pub. The landlord, Ewan, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We broke down outside the pub, late on a rainy evening and Ewan even opened the kitchen so we could have some hot food! Fantastic service. Would highly recommend. ”
“ Most welcoming people ever! Biggest hearts and checked back with us to make sure the food and we where okay! The food was excellent! We had a Christmas dinner! Homemade puddings and cheese and crackers! What a delight! They sat us by the fire which was perfect for a cold day! The staff where so friendly and everything tasted wonderful! Would recommend to anyone! ”
“ Found this little gem on a motorbike ride today. Scones were delicious, coffee & tea were good. Hubby says carrot cake was lovely too. Such a quirky place but really reasonably priced. If you're looking for a book is also an amazing place to visit. ”
“ I suppose I'm a bit biased as this is my local. But it is a traditional family run pub and tea room and bookshop that does food as well. Like Sunday lunches. It's a good family pub, the puddings are amazing, all cooked on the premises, not like some where they are bought in. And the atmosphere is welcoming. ”
“ Visited Eardisley a couple weeks ago and ate breakfast and lunch a couple days. Staff were great. We came from Canada to see the village my great great grandparents lived in in the 1850s. Found a book in their store about the history of houses in Eardisley that helped my research. Thanks. ”
“ A lovely cafe with plenty of choice on the menu. Proper old school. Seating inside or in the garden . Also houses, a shop, post office & pub. Everything under one roof ”
“ Wonderful experience, lovely attentive people. Had my Mother's Wake there and the staff pulled put all the stops. Have been back since and love the place. The staff really make the place worth visiting time and time again. If I could give them 10 stars I would ! Richard. ”
